Privacy Policy

Ice Cream Tycoon does not collect, store or share any personal information about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The app contains no third-party software development kits.

What the app stores

Everything the game needs is kept on your own device, in the app's private storage:

• the name you give your stall
• your progress: cash, stock, satisfaction, upgrades and how long you've been trading
• whether you prefer sound on or off

None of this is transmitted anywhere, and none of it is visible to us. Deleting the app deletes all of it.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, the game submits your stall's cash balance to the “Richest Stalls” leaderboard so you can compare it with other players. This is handled entirely by Apple's Game Center service: the leaderboard shows your Game Center nickname, which you control in your device settings, not the name of your stall.

We never see your Apple Account, your email address or any other detail about you — only your position in a public leaderboard, the same as everyone else can see. Apple's handling of this information is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.

If you would rather not take part, sign out of Game Center or decline the sign-in prompt. The game is fully playable without it.

Children

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
